Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must report the problem/ defect to us within 24 hours of purchase. We will arrange a meeting to Exchange or Refund within the next 7 days.
Item(s) must be complete and must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds
One must have a solid reason for getting a refund. Otherwise, you will only be able to replace the item(s) if there is a minor defect.
If your Refund request has been accepted, you are required to bring your item(s) to our office and claim your refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
A Defective or Damaged item can be replaced with the same item or a new item(s) with the same value.
If your replacement request is accepted, you are required to bring your item(s) to our office and replace the item(s).
